To ensure a comfortable stay, we include routine pest control as part of our regular maintenance, just like professional cleaning. **About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 180 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

I've stayed at the Mahana several times over the years and love the property. It's close to the water's edge and is next door to the Honua Kai with Duke's and the start of the Ka'anapali beachwalk that takes you to Whaler's Village and beyond (5.5 miles RT if you do the whole thing). The condo is comfortable, has an incredible view, and all the basics one might need. The management company was very responsive, provided helpful information and reminders, and was great when I had an quickly solved issue. I'll definitely stay there again!!

Beautiful

Easy check in with door code, room had basic cooking essentials which was convenient also had tide pods for washing. Easy beach access and beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again.
