The reception was insistent that we hadn't paid but we had already paid through Expedia. Even the receipt wasn't sufficient to convince them. After half an hour of phone calls and argument he let us pass. The toilet was broken and sprayed water out over the floor when it was flushed. The shower sprayed across the room. In the morning the room service nagged us before checkout.
