The hotel itself is very good, clean, the staff is nice. The location is near the airport and there are shops, grocery store, etc nearby. Also the Iao Valley is very nearby. It's a good location to spend a night before you go to spend more days in one of the more scenic parts of the island.

Property is new and maintained well. Clean rooms, lobby smells refreshing and staff are super accommodating. Good location near the airport with plenty of ride share available in case you don’t rent a car. Fun to see cruise ships coming in to the bay during breakfast on the lanai. We will be back!

We we did not have a beach view. The room above us were very noise, we called security 4 times. The bed was terrible, the shower splash water on the outside of the shower, it was soak and weak. I almost slip. The staff was very nice dealing with us. Very limited on the meals at night. I don't I want to go back there.

The hotel had a lovely pool and ocean view, but the thing that made it really exceptional was the helpfulness of the front desk staff. They went out of their way to help us when we had a flight cancelled and made the whole experience so much easier than it could have been.

Property is absolutely beautiful, super clean and nice alway smell clean, food & drinks was really good a little pricey, property right on a beautiful walkable clean beach, had to drive to shop. Staff was nice. We did ask for face & body towels, hand soap & body wash but received hand towels, hand soap and conditioner. All of the bathroom supplies needed to be refilled.
