Cotton Candy Sky Kona Pacific Condo

Enjoy ocean and garden views from this third floor, corner unit condo in Building C of Kona Pacific! Located in a prime location in the heart of Kailua Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii, this 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has been completely remodeled. It also offers incredible features unlike many others in the complex. Enjoy an ocean view and cotton candy sunsets from the generous wrap-around lanai. Inside, take advantage of ocean breezes all day with windows on two sides and a window AC unit in the living room for extra comfort on hot days. Kona Pacific has a pool with a designated BBQ area to chef up an island inspired meal (only 1 bbq per unit at any time), beautiful landscaping, library room, one assigned parking space and elevator building access. The condo is furnished with a Cal King bed in main bedroom and a New portable Queen muphy bed thats available for extra guests situated in the living room.

PLEASE NOTE PARKING* Our parking space is a compact parking space located in the garage, Please do not rent a large, oversized car, SUV, etc). Home is furnished and decorated as pictured, some pillows, blanket throws and flowers added for photos.

**Other things to note:
All of our vacation rentals include a basic start-up supply of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, dish soap, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid (ONLY for units that have dishwashers), paper towels, toilet paper. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Loved the location & the rental! A few nights were a little hot for us, but we’re used to central AC in Georgia. Condo was gorgeous & views were amazing! Loved having the washer & dryer in the unit since we were in Hawaii a total of 10 days (so we could wash clothes we wore on the 1st half of our trip).

Cotton Candy – Kona Pacific Stay: 8 days DecemberOur stay at Cotton Candy in Kona Pacific was absolutely lovely. From the moment you walk in, the condo feels immaculate, peaceful, and genuinely homey—one of those spaces where your shoulders drop immediately. It’s clear the owners care about comfort and cleanliness.The main bed was heavenly—truly restful. The Murphy bed was less comfortable (according to our grandson), but workable for a short stay. There are two bathrooms, though neither has a vent fan, and the smaller bathroom lacks ventilation, which is worth noting. We stayed mid-December when temperatures were cooler, but my husband did wonder whether the single A/C unit would adequately cool both the living and bedroom areas during hotter months.The lanai steals the show. Sunset views were breathtaking and quickly became our favorite place to read, write, and enjoy a cool beverage as the day wound down.The pool area was another highlight, perfect for quick dips and soaking up some Kona sunshine. It was especially appreciated by our family members as they grabbed every warm ray possible before returning to the bone-chilling temperatures of Alaska—pure vacation joy.Kona Pacific itself feels like a quiet little secret, with underground parking, peaceful grounds, and a fantastic location. You’re a short walk in either direction to beach areas, great food, and local vendors—no car required unless you want to explore farther out.The condo was well stocked.

Location was great and you could walk to town. Nice. Pool on site. The floors in the condo needed to be cleaned as we had dirty feet when we looked. The sleeping is all in one room with the bed and fold out bed. Not much privacy. Didn’t care for the recliner chairs as they use up some walking space. Balcony was nice .

Oh my gosh… what a perfect unit and location for my sister and I to have our annual 2 week Hawaiian getaway. This condo went above and beyond with amenities and comfort. It was just as pictured and did not disappoint. Having a washer / dryer in the unit made it extra convenient for doing laundry. We truly enjoyed the quiet location - yet so easy and close to walk into town for shopping and dining. This is one place I will recommend over and over again. Until next time thank you very much for the island hospitality and beautiful sunsets.

Great Kailua-Kona Condo

Great location close to town and ocean front. Condo exactly as advertised, clean, modern and a killer view. It has all the amenities to make your Big Island adventure enjoyable. Close to town and many great restaurants. Town a little depressed with many closed businesses and some homeless but still enjoyable.
