This is a decent condo but there are things that could be improved on. The good: location, it’s a very short walk to restaurants & shopping and the little pier is only 1/2 mile. The complex property is steps from the ocean, with a little sand beach just next to the condos. The pool is great also, complex parking is easy & plenty of it & there is a nice view, only partial from the balcony. The owner, Erica, is very responsive. There was a little issue when we were there & she addressed it quickly. Other pros: there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash, beach umbrellas & snorkel equipment. The kitchen was nice, y Ok so what can be improved on or the cons…the condo needs a deep cleaning. It could use updating as other reviews have said but that isn’t something I usually focus on. A place can still be clean even it’s it not shiny and new. Yes, rust can develop on little spots at a condo on the ocean in a humid climate, but layers of dust and stains on the curtains of the sliding door and having the curtain sort of torn off or broke of part of the curtain rod isn’t great regardless of how updated a place is. There was only one dishwasher pod left in a large box, sugar or sugar substitute but yet coffee and filters. the condo is set back in a corner sort of and very close to the pool and a little BBQ area where residents got together every evening for an hour or more. So we heard them easily.
