Staff was courteous and went the extra mile for us. The hotel is older, but rooms were clean and nice. The property is beautiful! Definitely would recommend. Swimming with the mana rays occurs just off shore of this hotel and was the best experience.

When I checked in, my room was not ready. I was sent to an upgraded room, which I was so pleased with how they handle the issues. I like their pool and quiet environment. Great experience and will come back if I am visiting Kona again

Whilst some staff were very friendly, some were definitely not. In addition the housekeeping for our room was terrible. We requested on multiple days via them and the front desk simple missing items (shower gel, certain towels, etc) which they consistently failed to deliver to the point we bought them ourselves. Multiple items in the room were clearly never cleaned, the TV (which we never used) had a very obvious dirty smear across it which remained our entire stay. We also had to request that a pile of dirty towels and bags of rubbish were removed from the corridor outside our room after they had been there more than a day.
