Awaken to a breathtaking sunrise on the beach. Wind down each evening sipping mai tais to live music. Between the two — when you're not curling your toes in the sand at Kauai Beach Villas — immerse yourself in the lush island's magnificent Coconut Coast and the Garden Isle beyond. Thundering waterfalls and a canoe-friendly river will tantalize the whole family. Fern-wild grottos and hikes through wild orchards and over rustic wooden bridges will thrill you step by step. Enough of nature? Fine art and playful souvenirs beckon in laid-back Kapaa Town.

Most two bedroom suites are townhomes and require stairs. Single floor two bedroom suites are limited.
Beautiful (but rocky) shoreline less than a mile; sand beach is 7 miles away.
The State of Hawaii charges all guests a per-night Transient Occupancy Tax which will be collected at the resort front desk upon arrival. Transient Accommodation registration number: TA-075-433-7792-01
The resort will be conducting a pool renovation project from Nov. 1 - Jun. 30, 2025. Only one of the six, on-site pools we be closed at a time. During this time, you may experience noise, dust, odors and work crews. Dates are subject to change.
