A beautiful, well-kept area with a roof garden and amazing views of Taygetos and the city, just two steps from the city center and museums. Ideal choice for relaxation. This apartment is ideal for exploring Kalamata, as it is within walking distance of the main points of interest of Kalamata. It is completely renovated with elegant furniture and decor.
All Kalamata Mediterranean Villas have Advanced Central Heating and Cooling Systems, using Heat Pumps and Fan Coils. The room temperature of the villas is, by default, maintained at 22oC in winter and 26oC in summer, in order to achieve ideal thermal comfort for our guests throughout the year.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and also has an environmentally friendly ventilation system. It also has a fully equipped bathroom and a functional kitchen.
