Called to cancel reservation and was told that I could not. Even though the refund policy clearly states that partial refund would be given if canceled prior to 6pm on day of check in. Hotels.com staff have continued to tell me that this policy is false, even though it’s attached to my booking confirmation. Hotels.com staff continues to state that the hotel (stay well) refuses to issue refund as they held the room for us. Even though we told them we would not be using the room. That said. The cancellation policy is a hotels.com policy. And should be honored by hotels.com staff.

Room I walked into had dirty towels on floor , not only the lobby was so dirty , it felt like I was walking into a filthy place . Never recommend to anyone specially it is not for families or working women , it felt very weird. I left immediately asking for refund with the room they gave was likd used room how unprofessional

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The maintenance could have been a little better. The toilet would run from time to time and the lighting could have been checked before renting the unit out again. Overall everything was adequate and the rates were reasonable.

The premises were not the best, the hallways were messy. Needed the hallways vacuumed, carpets were filthy. The room was very cold. It took all night to get warmed up, even with temperature control all the way up. TV remote did not work. No extra blankets. The bed sunk in the middle terribly. Would not recommend to stay there to anyone.

The hotel is visibly dirty, smell of drugs and cigarettes. The halls leading to the room has cigarette butts all over the floor, there is what appears to be emesis on the rug just by the room I was assigned. The room I was assigned was dirty, beddings looked like it was not changed from last occupant just redressed. I did not stay requested for a refund but did not get one. I will not return EVER!

Staff was great. When you walk in the door it's nice. Soon as you step on the elevator it changes ,food on the door of it,hallway looked like it hadn't been swept in months , people walking down the hallway smoking ,fire escape doors held open (9⁰ with 35mph wind) ,hallways were freezing, Room was freezing, turn the heater on , went back to the car for 20 mins. Still cold. Start looking, window is open 4" still took to 3am to get above 66 in the room , Only sheets on the beds. Had to go to Walmart to get some for the night. Mold all around the bathroom ceiling, floors in the room were sticky in spot. Toilet was broke , had to remove tank lid to flush. People that lives there complaining in the halls about not having heat in there rooms. And random people beating on the door at 3am,, No hot shower , no sleep, no heat won't be going back.
