The aircon not working well it is very hot early in the morning i need to call the receptionist right away they come and they offer us to move in different room, and bed is noisy every time you move or turning different position,washroom not clean well i saw some hair in the floor in the add they offer 2bottle of water but not a bottle it is in the pitcher.
