Dinner was very delicious. Good location to access to sightseeing places, also from the station. Spa was also good.

A stunning hotel, modern, well appointed rooms. Very clean and the restaurant dining was superb. The staff are the stand out, so, so helpful. Complimentary overnight parking in secure underground car park. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. It’sa must.

We loved staying at the Grand Hotel. The staff were gracious, professional, yet friendly. Food in the dining room was excellent. We particularly enjoyed all the choices for breakfast. Our room looked onto the lake. Spectacular view.

Fantastic and helpful staff, who spoke excellent English. Food and service was outstanding. Bedding was crisp and fresh and the room was pristine. Also had excellent spa.
