The hotel is fine, I was quite surprised to have to pay 33.00 plus taxes to park in a outdoor handicspped parking stall. And I do have a proper permit. The fine print on the reservation said there was a fee for "underground parking "

Requested parking fee of $33 /night which was not mentioned when booking. Asked them to waive and waived,but frustrated. If I knew about this parking fee,did not book on here. Lot longer drive than estimated. Will not book here from next time.

Lovely, quiet & light room with comfy beds. Convenient location with easy access to fabulous outside pool and Jacuzzis that over look the ski runs. Footnote: At checkout - they had tried to charge us for parking (Check-in they request your car rego as reference.) However, they revoked as we clearly had advised we were not parking on site. Free parking is avail on the mountain near parking lot 5 in May.

The room was lovely. Modern and clean, and had everything that you needed. We did however, feel that the reception area and other areas around the hotel needed attention. The chairs in reception were extremely tired and dirty. They didn't appear to have enough staff in the hotel. Although we arrived early, we waited quite a while for them to prepare our room- in fact we had to ask a few times. Maybe it would be better in peak season?

Nice and quiet. The lobby and common areas are 5x better than you’d find in a regular chain hotel, it has a character. Bedrooms are spacious with nice furnishings and led lighting. Good size balcony too. Cons: parking $34 a night, elevators are slow, no food options after 9:30.
