This was a perfect trip! My sister and I have been planning a trip to Italy for over a year and really needed to lock ourselves up for a long weekend to complete our plans and get things booked. The townhouse was lovely. It was stocked with so many extra's and there were so many little touches that made it feel like home. We were very pleased with the space we had to lay out our laptops, books, all of our notes and maps. The free WI-FI worked really well for our needs. There is so much storage space that we didn't really need, but for a family or larger group it would be amazing! The bedrooms were very spacious. I have never been to a VRBO that was stocked with extra towels (bathroom and hot tub), blankets, just everything. It was nice to have a two car garage. Loading and unloading was simple. The hot tub was clean and set at a great temperature. We used it after each day. The check in, check out was super easy. On our first morning we had a problem with the coffee pot. I reached out to Jay, the host and it was taken care of immediately. I would recommend this property for families, girls trips just about anything.

Great Stay in an Awesome Location

Our family of 5 stayed here so we could visit Zion NP and Bryce Canyon NP. The house was clean, well prepared with towels and was in a quiet location. Access to Zion was stunning with a beautiful 25 minute ride to the park. Bryce was also an easy, beautiful ride through the mountains. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had a very nice stay at this Townhouse in Kanab, UT! The property was clean, cozy, and perfectly located—just a scenic drive away from Zion National Park. After long days of hiking and exploring, it was such a treat to come back to a peaceful, well-equipped home base. The unit seemed new and all appliances worked.

This property was fantastic! My family of five was extremely comfortable for seven nights and able to visit Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Grand Canyon National Parks, which were all within 1-2 hours of Kanab. Best Trip Ever!!

Great Basecamp for Nation Parks

We stayed here for a.few nights with our kids, ages 11-16. Very clean, well stocked property. Instructions were clear for check-in, check out. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of scenery. We used as a "base camp" to see surrounding national parks, which worked out great! Also loved some of the local parks and sites. Highly recommend!

National parks visit

We stayed here because it is central to Zion, Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon. It was a great place to come back to at night and relax in the hot tub. The town of kanab is cute and quiet with great food and desert options. The space is large and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great find!

This was the perfect central location for all the parks we wanted to hike for our family of 5. Each day we went a different direction. The house had everything we needed and more . The washer and dryer allowed us to pack less. The space was very clean and comfortable. This is one of the few VRBO places I have stayed that allowed use of the garage. I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect for a girls trip! Nice view, extremely clean.

4 life long friends traveling N. AZ & S. Utah - we found this condo in Utah to be an excellent hub so we could visit so many places. We trekked to Zion, explored Kanab, saw the Best Friends animal sanctuary, enjoyed the views at Pink Coral, etc etc. They have a crockpot that we utilized to have a warm dinner waiting for us after a long day of hiking & site seeing. The backyard has a pretty view of red rocks. The spa was very nice to soak aching bones in. The bedrooms were comfy & perfect for 4 adults to each have their own bed. Would stay again.

Great centralized location for visiting all area national parks. Tons to do and see. Kanab is a cute town with shops and restaurants. House was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Hot tub too! Would recommend.

Beautiful Location and property

We loved Kanab! We loved this property! Everything in the home was very clean. The King size bed was very Comfortable and so were the pillows! I loved the fuzzy blankets! The kitchen was great-pots and pans were there as well as coffee & coffee pot! We used the crock pot for our steak & potatoes and enjoyed a meal when we got home from hiking! The hot tub was great to soak in when coming home with achey muscles. The patio the hot tub is on was private but it needs some attention. The outdoor furniture needs cleaned and the grill cover and brush was in a corner of the patio in some debris. In all fairness this could have blown off in the wind. The grill was nice to have but there was no propane in the tank (the reason our meal went in the crockpot the next day). Although, it was stipulated in the agreement that there may not be gas in the tank (from previous renters) I wouldn't mind paying the extra to know it is filled and can be utilized when needed. The use of the garage was nice! We will be back!

Incredible place

Although we spent most of the days at the local national parks, the times we didn't at the condo were very pleasant. The home was immaculate and every amenity we needed was available. Great place to stay if you're going to Zion, Grand Canyon, Cedar Break, or Bryce Canyon.

Love Kanab!

We had an incredible stay in Kanab! Loved the area and all the adventures to be had in the area. We stayed 7 nights at the townhome, and were so happy that we did. The townhome was well equipped, comfortable and nicely decorated…the hot tub was a plus for stargazing at night after a day of hiking. Bed was very comfortable and it was very peaceful and quiet. Would def stay again!

Beautiful, clean, loved!

Loved our stay. So clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked with little extras made our stay so nice like crockpot, plenty of towel, washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen for cooking, tv in every bed room for downtime. . Loved the layout and extras like soft blankets, hot tub, private corner until with outside space, garage parking. Definitely want to stay again. It was super!
