The Hotel Sanraku Kanazawa was excellent! It was our first stay here and first visit to Kanazawa. The hotel was beautiful, staff members were excellent, and dining at the hotel was excellent too. Location was also great! Walking distance (15-20 minutes) was great to all major sights, from Kanazawa Station, to Higashi Chaya District, to Kanazawa Castle, to Nagamachi Samurai District. Of course, you can also take a taxi (which we did as well on a few occasions) to these locations and it would be a 5-7 minute taxi ride! Staff was very attentive and friendly and always made you feel at home. We will be back for sure!
