Very clean and tidy, extras like cereal and chocolate complimentary. Great food and staff

We stayed in one of the onsite Airstream vans and didn’t feel that it matched up to the online description. It was fairly rundown and we had an issue with ants. Generally clean but metal blinds had damp/mould markings and were very dusty. Would also be useful to have an outdoor light since cooking with the BBQ is the only option so wasn’t the easiest in the dark. Bathroom amenities were clean.

The staff was very friendly and we felt very welcome upon arrival. 10/10 for that, but unfortunately areas in the unit weren't that clean. I know we booked the budget accommodation, but still... The curtains in the whole unit are filthy. It's full of dirty spots! There's mould on the bedroom ceiling above the built-in shelving, there's mould on the tiles in the shower, there's mould on the kitchen ceiling above the kitchen table and chairs. Black mould spots on the blinds in the kitchen and bathroom. The grey couch in the unit has dirty brown armrests and brown cushions you sit on. We could not get ourselves to use the couch because of the condition it was in. Come on guys! I think you need to fire your cleaners. Clean this up and you'll get close to full points, but at the moment... sorry. Someone from management needs to inspect these units more often. I wanted to say something when I handed in the keys at reception this morning, but I would have been rude to the lady. Sorry guys, but this is unacceptable.

Only downside was the bathroom. Nowhere to put shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles in shower, except on the floor. Nowhere to put your clean clothes except on the toilet seat and biggest downside, no exhaust fan. One window with small screen at top totally inadequate and can’t leave window open, no security screen. Other than the bathroom, room was great.

Very happy

Lain is close to the Marina which was good for us. Not close to the main street in this area. Room was really good with a free washer and dryer. Adjacent Vietnamese restaurant was excellent.
