Cable TV didn’t work for the 2 days we were there, called day 1 and asked what was going on, said they have been “working on it “ they didn’t offer to do anything to make it right, no adjustment of room rate or anything

There was no parking and it was $45 for valet parking. It took 20 minutes for someone to help me with my car at 11:30 pm on a dark street downtown Kansas City. The TVs were out of order all weekend and everyone was complaining. I would rather have stayed at Days Inn!

The room and hotel are modern and clean with a minimalistic vibe. A good business hotel, close driving distance to the crown center and the plaza if you want to see some of KC while there. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection. The valet parking was really helpful given the downtown location. The staff were all very pleasant.
