Check in was a little rough. I booked two rooms but they had that I booked 3. Not a huge deal but two of my other friends were just going to take the 3rd room since they said the 3 rooms were next to each other. The man that checked us in obviously was not understanding that and canceled the 3rd room. Luckily my other friends were still on the same floor. The elevator took FOREVER. And only one worked. And our rooms ended up not being next to each other but at least still on the same floor, not sure how they messed that one up. They told us our room keys would get us out of the parking garage and we wouldn’t have to pay parking but not only did we have to pay when we left, there is also a charge on the hotel room bill and when I tried calling SEVERAL times I could not get through to talk to anyone. It was nice room with a nice view though
Only one elevator was working during our 3 day stay. The light bulbs around the bathroom mirror were out. I asked for them to be replaced multiple times, but they weren’t.
Staff was responsive. Free morning coffee in the lobby was excellent. Disappointed about the at least 4 day delay fixing the main elevator, leaving one elevator for the entire hotel, which was a shared one with service (maids, etc.).

The hotel itself was amazing and so clean. However when check in time is 3pm and they don't have clean rooms there is a problem with that. But ither than that it was an amazing stay in an amazing hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Our room was not available at 3:00 check-in. Without room keys we could not get around the hotel with out inconvieniences. We were not offered or aware of a free breakfast at this hotel.
There was no room refreshing. Had to get my own fresh towels from the desk. Stingy with towels and no coffee available multiple mornings. Elevator broken. This stay was not as good as past stays at this location
Breakfast? How were we supposed to know there was a breakfast? That would’ve been much better probably than Saint Luke’s hospital cafeteria food.
Room was clean, beds were comfortable. But the soap holder in tub was broken.
