The hotel is new, or new-ish. The staff was very friendly, and when I left my wallet behind (a first for me), they called within an hour. Was in perfect? No. What is? The wifi was spotty.

Beautiful hotel. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. Loved the extra amenities like filtered ice, filtered water and sparkling water on every floor. Staff was exceptional. I plan to come back.

The staff from the valet to the front desk throughout the hotel. Very friendly and accommodating. Greeted by each and every one of them on entrance and exit. The hotel and the rooms were beautiful, and comfortable. Right on the CCP walking distance to EVERYTHING! even took a walk into Westport for breakfast one day. You can’t go wrong. Also, it was the ice machine for our daughter. Each floor has a soft pellet ice machine. If I could give more than five stars I sure would!

The property was nice, however while there we were woken up at 1am and had to evacuate due to an fire alarm. Then they found out there was no fire, but a water main break in the parking garage. It took over an hour to reset the fire alarm, so we left, because we could not sleep.

Very upscale hotel

Very classy tasteful hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the entrance of the property and the staff was friendly and polite. Downside was the parking was expensive however it was very secure and I felt safe parking and entering from the garage. The room was very nice and the beds were comfy. I would return back and recommend to a friend.
