I arrived on Thursday 05- 29-25 for an 11 night stay. I was there 5 nights with out any room service. I notified the front desk and then got service every other day. I had a backup in the shower drain in the 3 night but let maintenance know and it was fixed. I also thought free breakfast with the room but it didn’t.

I came in to check in and there was a group of people in front of the entrance I said excuse me and walked in then I stood at the desk for a few minutes and just was looking around for someone to check me in and then finally a lady that was hanging out outside with that group came in and said are you checkin in. It was interesting because I literally said excuse me to her to get inside. Then she seemed to be on something unfortunately by her behavior and I was very nervous her handling my credit card and license. Anyhow I did not expect this at a Marriott. The next morning when I checked out it was a different experience the young man was professional and nice. The room was fine we found a dog cooler bag in the cabinet which explained the smell in the room and the carpets looks pretty dark. Anyhow unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience for us.

Great stay

The overall stay was great! There was a lot of noise from next door in the middle of the night. Also, the accessible room smelled like urine. The carpet may need to be cleaned. But the room itself was clean.
