The short stay (2 nights) was well above expectations - friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping to the those assisting at the breakfast and dinner buffets. Room was clean, spacious, relatively quiet, and remained a most comfortable temperature while KC was enduring its coldest winter days temps in many years. TV was oversized with a decent channel selection. WIFI was acceptable, but easy to access. Buffets were great for breakfast and happy hour (just needed a dessert option at the latter). Kudos to Haley at the front desk who was always friendly and super helpful.

We enjoyed the pool and spa, temps were great. Breakfast was hot and food was good. Room was clean, had enough towels. People at the front desk were helpful when needed and got extra sheets and blanket for my niece who decided to stay with us. Appreciated the extra hour for check out. Always love staying at Drury.

We came to Kansas City for the birth of our granddaughter. We also had our grandson with us. At check in on Friday the staff let us check in early so he could take a nap. Trip was amazing granddaughter and my daughter are good and healthy and the staff at Dury Inn Kansas City Airport location was amazing. Food was also very good.

I arrived at the hotel at 645pm for check-in. I knew that complimentary drinks ended at 7. Two others in front of me, were checked in and offered the complimentary drinks. Since it had taken 15 minutes for the others to check in, I was told that I had missed the complimentary drinks.

Drury Inns are usually our go to for hotels since they offer food from 5:30 - 7 pm and their continental breakfast is usually good. Unfortunately, the food quality and variety was on the poor side. There weren't many healthy options and the breakfast lacked variety.
