Close to Crown Center and Union Station

We had a great experience here. Very close to Legoland and Union station while being much more affordable than the hotels attached to crown center. The staff was excellent and we enjoyed the breakfast and the pool.

Budget and family friendly

Budget and family friendly. Staff and service were great. Close to downtown area. Bathroom was older and tub was rusty and cracked but shower worked great and overall room seemed clean. Not luxuriously by any means but a good, budget friendly choice.

The staff was great. The room was clean and in good shape. Construction was going on during our stay. Noise and inconvenience was minimal. Would stay there again after the remodel is completed Location was as was great. Close to the T-Mobile center.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was top notch. Frustrating to pay for parking that far away from downtown. Also didn’t realize the KC streetcar line didn’t go by here yet, had to pay for more parking downtown daily. It was clean. Had a good stay.

Noise from other guests was disruptive. Street noise was very loud!! Internet connection to television didn’t work. TV thought it was 2 months earlier and 12 hours earlier. It would not sync with hotel internet. Front desk wouldn’t answer phone. Shower didn’t work correctly. Front desk clerk was not responsive to problem.

The room was clean, as was the rest of the facility. The parking area was well lit. The best part was the night staff. The hotel was fully booked, and there was lots of floor traffic, and patrons with questions. The night staff at the desk helped everyone, with a smile. He was so energetic and amiable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Good stay.

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, needed better lighting though. Bathroom was good, but needed a little maintenance as shower head was loose and floppy. It worked ok and plenty of hot water. Best part was the breakfast. Best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Be aware of $20 parking fee but clerk did waive it after I complained.
