Hampton Inn Must Do Better Customer Service

The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the breakfast selections were not very good. In addition, I had an unpleasant interaction with three concierges.

The hotel was really clean and the staff was extremely friendly. My biggest complaint is that these may have been the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, even the pillows were as hard as a rock. The water pressure was also very low but that’s less of a concern. Overall we had a great experience here.

Hotel was overbooked and did not have my Expedia reservation when I arrived, but the front desk was able to find me a room and allow me some rest after a long day. Slight delay at desk while the attendant worked some magic to find the room, but otherwise not too bad.

Very pleased

The staff are so friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. We had a king bed with pullout sofa and the room is much larger than I expected. The facility is well-maintained and although I saw others complain about noise, we were not bothered by anyone (and our room was on the second floor near the fire pit area).

This hotel is very nice. The staff was great and rooms comfortable. The only thing that could have made it a little better is not so flat pillows. They are extremely flat. Not a deal breaker, because we will definitely stay there again, but bring our own pillows.
