Price is good but service needs to improve

Room and location was great for price. Service was poor. About 10P the room starts smelling like smoke. I call the front desk and they ask if it’s cigarette smoke or marijuana smoke like it matters. They moved me rooms which is nice but shouldn’t have had to. Iron didn’t work in new room. Called for a new iron and that I would grab it and was told she was out getting ice and would be back. Just frustrating experience with hardly any people staying at site.

Extremely pleasant stay for the price. Clean. Surprisingly clean. I've stayed at double trees and Hiltons that did not match the standard of cleanliness here at the KC Inn.

Clean hotel, convenient location

My husband and I stayed at the KC Inn for a weekend trip to Kansas City. The hotel was newly remodeled. The room was clean. The towels were very thick! There was maid service every day. It was right off the interstate, so it was easy to get to the places we were visiting.
