Unsafe. Care broken into.

Car BROKEN INTO. Zero help. They actually saw it was broken into during the night (at the front of their parking lot in view of the desk) and did not inform me, allowing my window to stay open all night. Super unsafe and terrible service.

We love this hotel and have stayed here twice! Beacon Hill is so nice! This hotel is clean, quiet, and has a great breakfast. Great for our dogs! Front desk agents were very helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend!!

Nice place for overnight stay.

Quick check in, only issue was the $5 charge mentioned on Hotels.com to be paid upon check in is because I booked through Hotels.com! If I booked directly with the hotel chain I would not have been charged. Check in was efficient, room very clean, bed VERY comfortable (lovely linens). Quiet and slept undesturbed. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker helpful amenities. Breakfast was good.

We liked there were a lot of outlets in the room. We were not happy with the $100 deposit fee for damages. It is supposed to be refunded. No room service for 3 days including not removing trash or making the bed. Not enough towels, There was no decaf coffee due to a broken pot, compared to the Hampton Inn they are over priced based on service.

Great Hotel. Clean, quiet, and the staff was awesome. The room is great. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is nice. Their breakfast was really good with a lot of options. The week we were there their ice maker was broken on our floor but you could see maintenance trying to get it fixed. They are a little slow getting their “extra fees” deposit off of your credit card. Overall, a great hotel!

Overall a nice stay for one night. The room and bathroom were spacious. My only complaint would be that there was exactly one hook in the bathroom, that was wedged between the shower and the back of the bathroom door. No place to hang bath towels, hand towels or a toiletry bag.

The hotel is very nice, the beds are very comfortable and the hotel is very clean. However, Beacon Hill is listed as the number one most dangerous area in Kansas Cit, MO. Hopefully, the local government can find relief for the people who live in the area.

The property itself is quite clean and modern. We were sold on the size of the room but it really didn't seem any larger than any other hotel that would have 2 queens in it. The water pressure is super low so showers can take longer than normal. For some reason the smoke detector had a plastic bag around it. The person at front desk said that it is a trick that smokers use to smoke undetected in the room. Cleaning staff need to be aware of this and make sure it isn't allowed when they are cleaning the rooms. There are so many hotel rooms at similar properties in KC and this one isn't in the best neighborhood.
