Needs updates.

This would be okay place to stay if you wanted a cheap place close to the airport. It is a little run down and only one person to check in and take people to airport so was not there when I needed them. Very old place that needs updates.

Good for the Price

The goal of this Kansas City trip was to enjoy a few days in the area on a budget and the Super 8 by the airport fit the requirements. The property is a bit dated, but the room was good overall, clean and the beds were comfortable. The only negative was the lingering smell of smoke in the room.

Not clean but cheapest in area.

The bathroom floor was very dirty as was the shower curtain. The floor felt like it was going to fall in. The curtains over the windows were also very dirty. The pillows were small and flat.

The man who worked at the front desk was very very nice. He was personable and kind. The parking lot is in very poor shape. In the room I was staying, there was a spot on the floor between the bed and the television that sunk in when you stepped on it. I was almost a little concerned I’d go crashing through the floor. Also, in the closet there was a book another guest had left behind.

Check in was weird, issued room that was being cleaned with door wide open. Other than that room is what you would expect for the price. I got charged $7.60 for something after the fact maybe for parking i dont know. You get what you pay for folks.

Good Room, Poor Service

Room was clean & everything worked. No complaints. However, I checked out the night before, (just needed it during day)& i notified them early that I was doing that. But when i went to check out, no one was to be found. I called 3 times. I reached the person who was suppose to be at desk. I reexplained the aituation but he told me to come back the next day to get my deposit. I guess he didnt feel like checking my room at that moment or come to desk. So now i have to drive an hour there & an hour back to get my deposit back. Extremely inconvenient. & I wont stay there again because of it.

The stay was okay but we will not be going back to the property. The bath tub plug would not close to be able to take a bath. Plus the breakfast was not good the oj was sour the waffles were nasty. Saw a young child put his mouth on the spoon that was in the waffle mix. Told front desk they said they would handle it. But my wife came in after me and she didn't eat at all. Because the same young child was still playing in it.
