The room and bath were very clean and the staff were friendly Breakfast was very good. On the negative side: put clothes in the drawers but they kept rolling open, had 2 elevators but 1 had sign "Not in Service", had 2 waffle makers but 1 had sign "Not in Service", soda machine had sign "Not in Service". Positive - free 24 hr Starbucks coffee, beautiful lobby, Italian Restaurant operating in the evenings, prompt bus service to the airport, secure car parking.

The hotel staff was kind and accommodating. The hotel looked and smelt clean for the entire duration of my stay. Amenities are excellent and the breakfast / restaurant dinner are well-executed options to have without needing to leave. The market stall was nice for this as well. Our favorite was the hot tub, and the entire pool & spa area was impressively well kept. We didn't utilize the business center, fitness center or massage room, but those looked to be in great shape and are great amenities/services to have available, if needed or desired. Even though there was some work being done to a main elevator during our stay, we could tell that it was being thoughtfully repaired to last once completed. Overall, my wife & I had a great experience here, and will certainly consider staying again for future visits to the city.

Close to the airport and allowed early checkin with no issue- there were some renovations going on, but besides having to use a different elevator (no big deal) it didn’t effect our stay. Safe area, clean rooms.
