Went by hotel.com google directions and it lead us in a different location, called hotel and got correct address, had to pay $50non refundable pet fee,no breakfast or coffee makers in room, beds were decent. Probably will not stay there again.

Overall a great stay, very clean, great service, and cheap! The only issues where the address didn’t work on our gps it took us to the wrong place. I would definitely stay at this place again!

Was traveling thru KC and booked my room same night. Apparently, it was for the wrong days, so I had to book an extra day to cover it. They were very understanding at the front desk and helped me thru it. The room was very clean and spacious. the front desk people were helpful when it came to recommending places to eat and things to see.
