你好，10/6日下午5點，我打電話過去確認訂房，卻始終無法找到我的訂房，由於我在7/30由我的朋友幫我從hotels.com幫我訂房，因為是朋友的名字，所以一切確認資料我都給了櫃檯，但就是找不到，後來我到了旅館現場核對，我給了所有資料但就是沒有，服務人員態度也沒多好，明明就已經信用卡付款，還說可能只是過卡，請問資料我都有，但是旅館沒有我的資訊是我的問題嗎？旅館居然要我自己去想辦法？後來卻朋友打給hotels.com那邊也確認有我的訂房紀錄，他們打給櫃檯、櫃檯居然回覆是已經沒有合作網站無法開啟，所以從頭到尾是我的問題嗎？後來打給後台確認有我的訂房，那請問整件事情到底是誰的問題？我嗎？我在現場站了超過半小時，給的態度跟處理方式是什麼？後來給我的答案是Hotels.com 的問題？請問？沒有我訂房資訊不是貴旅館該負責嗎？那如果一開始就沒有為我留房間，那在這爆滿的禮拜六，給的我這間258號房真的價位2280嗎？難道在7/30先訂房付款是我的錯嗎？事後還把責任都歸屬給Hotels.com?那邊有資料而你們沒有？難道整件事情快要一小時的時間，都是我的問題嗎？

地點佳，服務好，便宜

比較老舊的汽車旅館，隔音也比較差，但服務人員態度良好，且車子直接開進去樓上就是自己的房間很方便，走路就到瑞豐夜市。
