We are proud to share our condo with you that was recently refreshed with new LVP floors, very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The vast majority of the furniture is brand new including the high end sleeper sofa and king bed, brand new flat screen tvs, and new interior lighting and kitchenware, linens, and beach equipment throughout. This vacation home has one of the very best “Walk in and WOW” ocean views in the entire resort stretching from the west end of Molokai all the way out to the stunning World Class Honolua Bay.

The floor plan comfortably sleeps 4 adults with a full secondary bathroom accommodating those sleeping in the living room and the ensuite master bathroom for the primary suite. Enjoy A/C in both the main living area and master bedroom as well as an in-residence washer/dryer. This condo comes with a large dedicated covered parking spot. Enjoy the convenience of the FREE Kapalua Resort shuttle service to any of the restaurants or shops within the resort, such as Sea House, Merimans, The Ritz, or the ABC Store.

Kapalua Ridge sits in the heart of the Kapalua Resort overlooking and within short walking distance of the stunning white sand beach of Oneloa Bay which is uncrowded during even the busiest of times and is one of the very few beach locations that you get Epic sunsets and sunrises (Amazing!) This one of the few beach walkable locations within the Ridge as it’s on the front line and you don’t have to trek all of your gear up the hill. Furthermore, it is a 1 minute walk to the main pool and bbq cabana area. Our guests love the gorgeous and serene natural surroundings where peace and quiet are paramount. Enjoy the sounds of Hawaiian songbird’s sonnets as you take in deep breaths of clean air and fragrant plumeria and hibiscus trees as you gaze out to watch the whale’s breaching or to die for sunsets.

Kapalua is known for its stunning natural beauty, its comfortable weather with a bit of rainfall and consistent trade winds, and a strong sense of seclusion and tranquility. Kapalua has some of the very best walking weather on all of Maui and has some great hikes/walks including: the Kapalua Coastal Trail, Mahana Ridge Trail, and the old Village Course walking trail.
The Ridge Villas personify understated elegance in a stunning tropical setting amidst beautiful flowering trees, shrubs, and flowers alike. There are two different gated pool areas one of which has a large covered area for BBQs and entertaining, just steps from the condo.
