Schöne Wochenendreise

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Erwachsenen und einem Kind. Das Wetter hat bei unserer Reise sehr gut mitgespielt. Es war sehr heiss. Dann ist es natürlich gut wenn, man einen Pool hat, der für eine Abkühlung sorgt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war auch relativ einfach und unkompliziert. Von der Wohnung kann man schöne Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung machen. Wir können die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Unterkunft gut - Service mangelhaft

Es gab einige Abweichungen zwischen der Beschreibung auf Fewo und den automatisch generierten Emails des Anbieters bzgl. Check-in und -out-Zeiten. Die Unterkunft selbst war eigentlich gut, aber es müsste klarer beschrieben sein, dass eines der Badezimmer nur über ein Schlafzimmer erreicht werden kann. Das andere Badezimmer war zusätzlich zur regulären zur noch mit einem anderen Schlafzimmer verbunden, jedoch war kein Schlüssel da, um diese zweite Tür abzuschließen.Es gab während des Aufenthalts einige Mängel, weswegen wir die Anbieter kontaktieren haben (Email / Mailbox), jedoch erfolgte keinerlei Reaktion bis heute:- Die Spülmaschine war defekt, das Geschirr kam wieder schmutzig raus, weshalb wir alles von Hand waschen mussten.- Das Grillgas war nach kurzer Zeit alle und die Ersatzflaschen waren sowieso leer. - Eines der Leuchtmittel der Lampe über dem Esstisch war defekt- Die Eckleuchte (Stehlampe) war defekt- Es war kein Fön vorhanden, obwohl es in der Anzeige drin stand

Mein Feedback

Die auf der Website angegebene Adresse ist in Google Maps überhaupt nicht verfügbar, und in der Beschreibung steht, dass sie etwa 10 Meter vom angegebenen Standort entfernt ist. Tatsächlich ist sie jedoch viel weiter entfernt, nämlich etwa 700 bis 800 Meter. Als ich den Vermieter kontaktierte, war sein Verhalten überhaupt nicht freundlich und er hat mir nicht geholfen. Außerdem endet die Sommerzeit Ende Oktober, und der Pool hätte geöffnet sein sollen, da wir ihn während unseres Aufenthalts nutzen wollten, aber er war vollständig verschlossen und nicht zugänglich. Die Müllcontainer waren ebenfalls völlig überfüllt, sodass es nicht möglich war, weiteren Müll dort zu entsorgen.
