From the terrace of this luxurious holiday apartment at OstseeResort Olpenitz, you can gaze across the wide Schleim estuary to the Baltic Sea. The apartment extends over two floors (1st + 2nd floor) and offers great views from all rooms. From the living room you can look out over the greenery while enjoying the cosy crackling of the fire in the Scandinavian stove. Sun loungers are available for you on the adjoining south-facing balcony. On the other side of the house is the large terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the water.



Thanks to the large corner bathtub and your private infrared sauna, the house is a true feel-good paradise even in the cooler months of the year. The wellness bathroom is located on the top floor, as are the two bedrooms. You can also enjoy marvellous views of the natural surroundings from up here.



The OstseeResort Olpenitz has a small bay with a sandy beach and the kilometre-long Baltic Sea beach, which stretches down to Schönhagen, is not far away. Please note that fishing is not permitted in the harbour basin.



Here you will find offers for all budgets and holiday types, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, a long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in the quieter low season, when the Baltic Sea beaches offer plenty of space and the holiday home is all the more cosy.

Die Umgebung ist das Problem

Das Appartement ist sehr attraktiv und sehr gepflegt, Leider hat das Fernsehgerät im Wohnzimmer nicht funktioniert. Trotz Reparaturversuch seitens des Vermieters kam es nicht in Gang. Wir haben dies bei der Agentur mehrfach reklamiert: ohne Erfolg. Die Umgebung ist hinsichtlich Bebauungsdichte und lautstarken Emissionen, die damit verbunden sind, ein Horror. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut unstimmig.

Wohnung und Ausblick haben uns fasziniert

Ein Erlebnis in dieser Wohnung mit Freunden den Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen. Einrichtung und Geschirr praktisch , hochwertig und vollständig vorhanden. Es fehlte ein Fön, eine Kleinigkeit zum Gesamten. Für kalte Tage lockt eine 60‘ Sauna im modern ausgestatteten Bad. Die Aussicht auf die Schleimündung haben wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen. Bei längerem Aufenthalt muss man die Handtücher selber waschen, da es nur zwei pro Person gibt. Alles war Corona konform desinfiziert und eingeschweißt. Über die Gesamtanlage des Ölpitzer Ressorts kann man unterschiedlicher Meinung sein.
