In the luxurious holiday home "Emmas Home," you'll find 146 m² of living space spread over four levels, comfortably accommodating up to six people. The house boasts a modern design and is flooded with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. Built in 2018, this semi-detached house enjoys sunshine all day long thanks to its southwest-facing terraces.
Each level features a terrace with breathtaking views of the Schlei fjord, Maasholm, the Baltic Sea, and the resort's harbor. Here, you can sip your coffee in a beach chair, enjoy a barbecue together, watch sunsets from the lounge area on the rooftop terrace, or relax on the lounge daybed and observe the harbor activity.
A particular highlight of "Emmas Home" is the covered terrace on the ground floor. It offers protection from wind and rain, allowing you to sit outside and enjoy the view of the Schlei even in changeable weather. An additional sunshade can be attached to the roof, providing welcome shade on hot summer days.
The entire apartment is stylish and furnished to a high standard. The eat-in kitchen offers everything you need for a fun-filled evening of cooking together. Alternatively, you can enjoy a pleasant game night with friends around the large wooden table. A Thermomix makes cooking on vacation easier and more enjoyable.
"Emma's Home" has three bedrooms, each furnished with a box-spring bed. All bedrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring uninterrupted views of the water, as well as wardrobes and blackout blinds. One of the two bedrooms on the first floor offers direct access to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy nature and the fresh Baltic Sea air as soon as you wake up. The other bedroom also includes a second TV and a desk.
Each sleeping level has its own bathroom. On the ground floor, there is also a guest WC with a washing machine, dryer, and countertop. Underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, and a private wellness area with a Finnish sauna provide cozy warmth and relaxing hours after long walks, especially during the colder months.
For your entertainment, a smart TV with Telekom Home Entertainment, Bose speakers, fast Wi-Fi, and various games and books are available. The holiday home "Emmas Home" is located in the northern part of the exclusive Baltic Sea Resort Olpenitz. Two private parking spaces and a bicycle shed are located directly in front of the house, and an electric vehicle charging station is also available.
