The spacious apartment extends over two floors and, at approximately 97 m², offers the perfect retreat for relaxation and enjoyment in every season.
On the first floor, you'll find a light-filled living area with a cozy fireplace, perfect for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially on cooler days. This level is complemented by a modern guest WC. The adjacent, semi-open kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and leads directly onto the spacious balcony. Furnished with garden furniture, a beach chair, a parasol, and an electric grill, it invites you to enjoy relaxing summer evenings and pleasant hours outdoors.
The second floor houses two comfortable bedrooms and a bright bathroom with natural light. One bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm) and a TV, while the second also offers a double bed (180x200 cm) plus an additional bunk bed – ideal for families.
