Charming period furniture and attention to detail make this holiday home one of the most popular accommodation on the Baltic Sea. Enjoy your holiday in the cottage Rikate in Kappeln and recover from the stress of everyday life. The landmarked house was built 200-250 years ago, but after a basic renovation meets the modern needs of a holiday home.
In the 62 square meter Rikate your holiday begins in Kappeln already on entering this charming, thatched cottage. As a welcome, our guests can expect a bottle of sparkling wine.
The Kappelner Ferienhaus is furnished in a Nordic style, with pine furniture and decorative antiques. All rooms are laid out with wooden floors and are heated by an electric night-heat storage and the historic oven. The cottage is followed by a small, secluded garden.
The Schleiufer with the Schleibrücke is located in the immediate vicinity and the Kappelner city center can be reached on foot within a short time. There, restaurants, cafes and shops invite our guests to stroll and linger. And for all tourists who would like to see more sea: To Weidefelder Baltic Sea beach is only 5 km.
Exclusive service: In the summer season, a beach chair reserved exclusively for your stay awaits you at the Weidefelder Ostseestrand and a daily free parking is also assured! The cottage Rikate is located in Kappeln in the district "Ellenberg", only 150 meters from the Schlei.
To the Schleibrücke it is about 350m and the Kappelner city center about 1000 meters. The harbor mile with numerous restaurants, cafes and various shops of the city are within easy walking distance. It is only 5km to Weidefelder Ostseestrand.

Beautiful Little Cottage

We had a wonderful Holiday in this tiny, well maintained holiday Home. The Rikate offeres local charme with Tastful interior. The owner prepared a warm Welcome with a bottle of champage and Homemade jam. We enjoyed the evenings in Front of the cosy Fire Place and the short walking distance to the City Center and Harbour, where we found someone really nice Restaurants.

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt an der Schlei

Das Ferienhaus liegt fußläufig von der Kappelner Innenstadt entfernt und bietet auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung eine gute Ausgangslage. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und auch die Inneneinrichtung hat unseren Geschmack voll getroffen! Der Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer bietet Wärme an ungemütlichen regnerischen Tagen. Wir können die Rikate wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
