The holiday home is situated on a natural plot of approx. 500 sqm. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, dining area, flat screen TV, radio), kitchenette with pantry (electric hob, fridge, coffee machine, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with floor-level shower and WC, completely renovated in 2023. In the attic there are two bedrooms via steep stairs (2 single beds each). Electric heating (night storage heater) is available for cooler days. There is a furnished terrace with barbecue, play equipment for children (swing, slide), large open space and car park, and the total price includes final cleaning and bed linen. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Energy and water according to consumption. Pets are not allowed in this property.



Lühmannsdorf is a suburb of Wolgast (approx. 9 km), the gateway to the island of Usedom. The wooded surroundings are ideal for hiking. The Baltic Sea is approx. 15 km away. Restaurant and shopping facilities in the village.
