The only issue I had it was after my stay. I called the hotel when I realized I left a special connector for my phone in the room. After a long wait and explanation to two different people, nobody called me back for a follow up.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn – the niu, Wave Karlsruhe. The hotel is modern, clean, and the room was very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well-kept. I’d happily stay again.

Pro's - Virtually brand new hotel, very clean and well maintained. Great Breakfast. Con's - Very poor onsite parking facilities, No tea/coffee making facilities in room? Poor service from Bar Staff!

The staff was ok, but felt a bit cold and not welcoming, even when i checked out. But the hotel itself, you can tell it was new and i loved the interior, very nice breakfast and i slept very good.

Wir haben zwei Nächte im HolidayInn - the niu, Wave übernachtet. Zur Ankunft: Den Hotelgästen steht eine riesige Tiefgarage für 18€/pro Tag zur Verfügung, die Tiefgarage sowie das Hotel & die Zimmer an sich sind einem noch sehr neuem Zustand. Unser Zimmer war tipptopp sauber, mit Blick auf den Innenhof des Hotels. Leider funktionierte der TV bei uns sowie bei einem Freund der zur gleichen Zeit auch im Hotel übernachtete nicht, des Weiteren sind die Zimmer auch nicht mit einem Bügeleisen sowie Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Diese musste man sich an der Rezeption selbst holen. Und ein letzter Punkt: In den Zimmern gab es nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser. Das Frühstück war für 17€ pro Person in Ordnung. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aber für unseren Zweck super!
