You'll love the convenience of being within walking distance to Kalkan Beach Park, just a 5-minute stroll away, and the Mahal Beach Club, only around 12 minutes on foot. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach or enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the area, Sunset Villa provides the perfect blend of comfort and accessibility.
The setup of Sunset Villa is quite unique compared to other homes featured in the Private Collection. This 3-bedroom villa offers a distinct layout, with the lower floor (pool level) serving as an independent apartment separate from the upstairs living areas. On this level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double bedroom, a shower room, and a spacious living room. Patio doors open out to a shaded seating area that leads directly onto the pool terrace, providing a seamless connection to outdoor relaxation. There is an outside shower to use before dipping into the pool.

Around the corner, tucked away for added privacy, is your own personal sauna, offering a tranquil retreat. The external staircase leads to the next part of Sunset Villa. Upon entering the house, you will be in the open plan kitchen, living and dining room. The huge window in the lounge showcases what Kisla villas is all about – the stunning sea view!
