Villa Yar has one of the longest and most private terraces in Kalkan, compared to some villas which are shoehorned together, and brand new features and upgrades.
The 13m long swimming pool is ideal for those wishing to swim lengths, being one of the longest in Kalkan, and is also heated which is a MUST for any month bar July/August.

Kalkan is a beautiful marina with Old Town cobbled streets and alleys, incredible restaurants and shopping.
Private Villa Yar boasts fantastic views across the bay of Kalkan from ALL rooms and terraces and is not overlooked. Some villas that 'sleep 12' have garage bedrooms and only 4 sunbeds so do be careful when comparing online... We have one of the longest terraces in Kalkan with high quality sunbeds, a Jacuzzi and private heated pool (at no extra cost).

Set in the cliff face it is both private and exclusive. The view over Kalkan and the bay is simply breathtaking especially at night when you have a BBQ on the terrace.
Direct sea access 100m away! From here a boat shuttle takes you across the bay to the main marina. (£2 taxi ride away otherwise or 15/20 minute walk)
Spread over 4 floors with travertine marble throughout, Siemens kitchen, and en suite bathrooms make this a designers dream. English owned it has modern technology, U.K SKY CHANNELS INCLUDING SKY SPORTS! iPod Bluetooth docking stations and Smart TV with Netflix.
The garden has been carefully set out to give a vibrant mix of colours with exotic scents with large mixed level terraces. Kalkan is a much different and welcome change from the usual summer resorts of Spain and Cyprus. Simply the holiday destination you always wanted. The pretty harbour of Kalkan is 1km away so you won't get awoken by the village mosque! There is a fabulous beach club a short walk away offering sunbeds, lunches and divine swims in the refreshing sea.

The surrounding area offers so much to do 1 week will not be long enough!
Watersports: Kalkan is perfect if you wish to water-ski or wakeboard. The bay of Kalkan is flat calm most mornings and evening. It is a stopover for sailing boats and Gulet trips as it is a natural harbour. Around Kalkan it is excellent for walking, ancient ruins, beaches, Gulet and sailing cruises, horse riding, tennis and mountain biking. If you don't have the energy the villa comes with various books, scrabble, backgammon and cards. Perfect, just sit on the roof terrace and escape!

The Kalkan Beach restaurant 100m from the Villa has a water taxi running into town every half hour which is a ten minute scenic ride!

Scuba Diving: Lessons and Padi courses available personally and can be booked in advance by the owners direct. Two qualified Scuba boats are berthed at Kalkan harbour and sail daily to the dive sites. Diving in Turkey is excellent with visibility in excess of 30mts.

Beach Trips and Gulet boats: Patara beach and Kaputas beach are both wonderful. Why not pack a hamper and spend the day swimming in the Lycian sea? Alternatively hire a Gulet boat for the day and sail around the islands. A full day including food starts at £10 per person.
