The room looks recently renovated; however, the bathroom still appears outdated. It's close to the airport, so you can hear the plane flying past all the time. It wasn't a problem for me after putting in an earplug. The room isn't soundproof; I could hear people talking in the hallway. There is nothing near the hotel, but they do have a convenience store on the first floor, which is a nice feature for people who arrive late. One thing I really like is the pillow. It was super fluffy, and it didn't sink. I had a really nice sleep.

The shuttle is easy but good luck if you want to get around to the local town you eat either in the hotel or the airport and the rooms have been unchanged since the 70s mould and all

Very nice place to stay and very close to the airport. Free 7 minute transportation to the terminal. After teeny Air BnBs this was a great choice. Very nice and courteous staff. Convenience store in the hotel with great food options.

The Marroad Narita was the perfect solution to landing at the airport in the evening. We caught the free airport shuttle from stand 27 at NaritaTerminal 2. The room was very clean and perfect for an overnight stay with a lovely hot shower! We really enjoyed our breakfast with a view (on the 13th floor) with fabulous options that will suit everyone. What a great start to our Japan trip - feeling rested and refreshed and ready to go.
