Paliouri Apartments for rent.
The Studio Kripis is Located in the Most beautiful Point of Paliouri, next to the chapel of St. Nektarios. Only 450 meters from the center of the village, you have your Patisserie, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, doctor, pharmacy and everything you need.
The apartments are spacious and can accommodate Families or groups of 4 people.
They have organized kitchens with refrigerator and stove. Also a Big balcony with sea view, Air-conditioning, TV, and free WiFi.
Sheets and towels every 3- 4 days.
Mosquito net in windows
Only five minutes drive to the sea (2.5 km) Glarokambos, Xenia, Blue Fish Beach Bar, and Kanistro.
Also in 9km, you can find Pefkohori and in 11 km Chanioti.
All the apartments are 50 sqm.
They have separate one Room for 2or 3 people and a big living room for 2 people.
Big Balconies with View for the first Floor and garden with View for the Ground Floor.
Also, you can use the garden.
In the area, there is no problem with parking.
Refundable Damage Deposit 50 euro. (You take it back the day you leave if everything is OK ).
The apartments are delivered clean and tenant care alone for cleanliness.

We inform you, as shown in the pictures, that the ground is very steep, which is why all apartments have views.Also, the access is by an unpaved road 100 meters. You are prepared for this small uphill/downhill.
From Thessaloniki Airport, take the road to Halkidiki. At the intersection of Moudania, about 55 km from Thessaloniki, turn and following the signs to Kassandra. We continue for another 49 kilometers to get to Pefkohori. Meanwhile we crossed the Hanioti and Pefkohori. Once we get Paliouri turn left and go up the village. We ask you to find the way to the chapel of St. Nektarios. Adjacent is the road that leads to the "Studio Kripis". The first time we can meet in Pefkohori on to help you find the location. Our visitors without a vehicle can be served by the bus to Thessaloniki .
