New modern villa with 4 comfortable rooms and 4 bathrooms. 15 min drive from Split downtown and Trogir with lots of beaches around. On ground floor there is open space living room and dinning room with kitchen. Also on ground floor there is one bedroom and bathroom. On first floor there are three rooms with bathrooms, two southern rooms have sea view. House has private parking. Closest supermarket is 1 minute drive, beach is 3 minute drive. From season 2020y we are offering a swimming pool to our guests, expected to be completed february 2020.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a dishwasher. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a sofa bed.
