The villa was lovely. Very clean & well equipped. Loved the cars that visited daily. The village is beautiful & we are at 5 different restaurants around the village area. Prices are very good & food was great. Portions are large with free bread/salad. Will definitely be back!

From the opening communications with the property owner to the last day and saying goodbye everything was excellent. The owners are on hand if there are any questions, say hello when we saw each other but leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. The accommodation was excellent, clean, tidy with plenty of space and loads of room. The holiday was so peaceful and Kathikas is a very special place. We were there for the charity walk and joined around forty other people for the 12km walk and saw lots of places we had not seen before. We would highly recommend the property and we cannot wait to book again.Thank you so much for a truly amazing holiday.

Quiet out of the way & Relaxing

Very peaceful villa on the outskirts of Kathikas within walking distance to some very good restaurants. You will, however require a car to stay here as there is lots to see in the area and Paphos is a 30 minute drive away.The villa is spacious, clean with a good selection of appliances it does however require a little tlc as things are starting to show their age.Demi and her mother very friendly and were always on hand to sort any problems quickly and the welcome pack was great.

Very relaxing holiday

Once again Maria and Demi made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The array of food they left for us was great and was very helpful as our arrival was very late at night and we were able to have breakfast before we went shopping. There are an array of restaurants in the village and shopping is easy at either larger supermarkets in the vicinity or the very well stocked little shop also in the village. The villa is very well placed for walking to the village and the pool was excellent and well used during our very hot stay. We will certainly be looking at staying again.

Lovely location

We had a fantastic week here. It’s a lovely secluded location, very peaceful and within easy walk of the local village. Demi and Maria were lovely and were on hand if we needed anything. The pool is amazing and gets sun pretty much all day. We will definitely be looking to book again. Thank you.

A relaxing holiday

A lovely quiet place to stay if you want a relaxing away from it all holiday. Plenty of tavernas/restaurants to choose from within walking distance and a Gin Bar! Supermarkets only between 10 to 15 minutes away dependent on how far you want to travel although there is a very well stocked little shop in the village. Beach of Latchi a 15 drive away where you can either sunbathe or have a boat trip. All in all an excellent holiday with plenty of help/advice if necessary from the villa owners Demi and Maria. Oh and by the way brilliant sunsets.

VILLA KYRIAKOS

Excellent clean and inviting villa in the hills of Kathikas. Close enough to the beaches of Coral Bay and Paphos if you wish to visit. Peaceful and quiet area with many good restaurants. The host were very attentive, approachable and kind. The little provisions they left for our late arrival were very appreciated. We'll be back!

Beautiful location.

Fabulous location and within walking distance of Kathikas . A lovely village with some great Tavernas. We particularly liked Yannias. Lovely food at a reasonable price . We really enjoyed the pool and the wonderful sunsets from the villa .

Lovely stay in quiet village.

We had a 10 night stay here in July. The property is well equipped, very clean and situated in a quiet part of Kathikas. The pool area gets the sun all day long too. The main village is just a 10 minute walk away with some good eateries. Maria and Demi were very welcoming and always on hand to help with any enquiry, we got a little lost in the dark trying to find the place at 3am due to a flight delay but Demi helped to guide us in at this hour. I highly recommend this place, I think anyone will enjoy their stay here. Thank you so much.

Wonderful, relaxing holiday.

The location is fantastic for an "away from it all" holiday. On arrival, the villa was spotless and the owners were on-hand for any questions or problems - nothing was too much trouble. The village is very quiet and the pace of life is gentle. Just right to recharge your batteries!
