Quality all the way through

The stay was a first-class experience in all regards. Outstanding service, clean and quiet rooms, food was innovative, tasteful and plenty. Arild is a pearl. Morning swim followed by a really nice breakfast and then off exploring Kulla peninsula - including wine tasting at reward winning Kulla Vingård - there Immelen white wine is a gold winner at the Austrian Wine Challenge

En pärla i Arild – med fantastisk service!

Vi hade en underbar vistelse på Rusthållargården! Hotellet är både superfräscht och charmigt, med en mysig atmosfär som gör det perfekt för en avkopplande natt i vackra Arild. Ett extra stort tack till Linda, som var otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam – både innan vår vistelse och under hela tiden vi var där. Hennes bemötande gjorde verkligen skillnad. Rekommenderas varmt!

Vi tycker att det är snålt att ta betalt för en kopp kaffe i lobbyn. De allra flesta hotell vi bott på ser en kanna kaffe i lobbyn som en självklarhet, ett sätt att få gästerna att känna sig välkomna. Visst kunde vi få kaffe men då kostade det en bra slant. Ett så fint hotell i övrigt förlorar på sin snålhet på denna punkt.

Ventilation larmede hele natten og det var ikke muligt at slukke. Foto passede ikke til virkeligheden. Der var ingen vinduer og vi boede i et kælderrum. Maden kom ikke til tiden, så vi måtte spise i to hold. En skuffende oplevelse. Morgenmad var fin.
