My room was clean but pillows on one of the beds were left unmade on the bed without pillowcases. I was not able to watch any network television, could only connect my device with Bluetooth to view or stream something. By the time I arrived in the parking lot late in the evening about 4 inches of snow had fallen, and the parking lot was not plowed. I could not see the raised medians and drove up a curb trying to park my car. Fresh oatmeal or at least fresh toppings would have been appreciated for instant oatmeal in the breakfast area. The brown sugar was nearly solid in the little condiments container.

This hotel is beautiful! Just built- has only been open for 6 weeks, so brand new and CLEAN! The room was perfect, super comfortable beds, more on the firm side which we love! My husband and I slept great! Loved the vinyl plank floors in the room instead of carpeting. It's not too far of a drive from green bay or appleton! The price per night was amazing also. The only bummer was that the hot tub was not working which we were looking forward to using and the breakfast wasn't the greatest. We would definitely stay again, tho, despite those couple of things. It was a wonderful stay! Highly recommend to other travelers!

The hotel appears to be newer--if not, they have done a wonderful job of maintaining it. The room was clean and welcoming. I slept well in the comfy bed! Wish I had had time to try their breakfast, but I had to leave before it was served each day. I would book there again.

We arrived around 11:30pm. No one was at the front desk, there was no bell to ring. I ended up yelling "hello" and someone came out of the back. The rooms were very nice and clean. I was impressed by the bathroom and the cleanliness. The TV would not work, which wasn't a big deal. However, the smoke alarms had covers on them which would cause them not to work. This is a clear safety hazard. Also, breakfast was supposed to go until 10:00. We got there around 9:30 and the food was gone. When I asked for more waffle batter I was told they didn't have anymore. I went for cereal and there was no milk. We ended up having to go out to breakfast.

Staff was wonderful. The rooms are a great size. Love the stay-open doors so you can easily move your luggage into the room. The pool area and hot tub are really nice, better than the average bear. You lost a star for the breakfast - It's typical for this type of hotel, but there was no milk one day, and a wait for the hot food. I'm sure this will get sorted out over time.
