The Garden House only a 2 minute walk from the marina of Vourkari

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 3 to 4 ferry boats going to and from the island every day in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. The Garden house is located in the area of Vourkari and is ideal for those that want to be close to the restaurants, cafes and bars.

Description:

The property is on two levels. The ground floor has a large master bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom. On this level there are another two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Outside the the first floor there is a large veranda with a dining area and outside the ground floor a shaded seating and dining area. At the back of the house there is a terraced garden with two stone built seating and dining areas.

The house will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
