▹▹▹ Absolutely. The house is in a quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood where people look out for one another. Also the home is completely fenced and gated, so our guests have always felt secure. Plus, with shops and beaches just a short drive away, you get the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.

IS THE HOUSE EQUIPPED FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS?

Guest Access: You`ll receive a unique access code before arrival for self-check-in. Guests can access the entire house.

The Neighborhood: Located in a peaceful, family-friendly area just 20 minutes south of Hilo, and close to the ocean, you`ll have easy access to nature and attractions like Shipman Beach Hike, Rainbow Falls, and Liliʻuokalani Park & Gardens—perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
By booking this home, you agree to the following House Rules:

No pets.
No smoking.
No non-paying guests over.
No big/commercial events or gatherings without prior approval.
* If it turns out that you had an unauthorized gathering with attendees who had not booked the home (max 10), then there will be a $1000 fee for violating this house rule and disturbing the neighbors.
This is a nice, residential neighborhood, and we greatly value harmony with our neighbors, please also respect the Quiet Hours of 9pm - 8am.
