The room was spacious and we liked the sliding doors to get into the sides of the building. It made bringing luggage in easy. The problem we had was that I called down to the front desk to ask for towel service and for someone to come mop in front of the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink the next day. The floors were sticky when we got there. No one ever came with fresh towels and no one ever mopped the floor. We had to go down to the desk and get our own towels.

We were within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants, and ate an amazing Mexican meal at Puerto Vallarta. The breakfast the next morning was wonderful and the room and mattress was perfect.
