3 bedroom 3 bathroom contemporary villa with swimming pool and outstanding views towards the Ionian island of Ithaca. Situated a few km from Fiskardo, a unique jewel on the island of Kefalonia, Greece. The villa has white marble floors throughout that seamlessly extend to the terraces. The Velanidia Villas; Sterna Villa and Aloni Villa were designed and built by architect Morris Richards. Morris set out to create two beautiful contemporary homes that would have a low environmental impact on the island he loves. Both villas have been elegantly designed with great imagination and attention to detail, making the most of its spectacular location.
