Description
This gorgeous 5BR villa is located outside the beautiful village of Klismata, overlooking the emerald waters of the Cephalonian coastline. It sleeps 8 adults (plus 4 children), in 5 bedrooms, and includes a large, well-kept garden with swimming pool and outdoor terraces for sunbathing or enjoying the outstanding views. This villa is ideal for a family or group of friends who want to enjoy their vacation in elegant surroundings. Book now and thank us later!
Space
The villa is situated on a large, 6000 m2 private plot of land. It has a panoramic coastal view including the island of Zakynthos, the small islets of Dionysi and Mizithris and the mighty mount Ainos. It has a gated entrance and a covered carport for vehicles. The grounds are well tended, featuring an outdoor pool, and BBQ area. The rest of the garden is populated with large palm trees and shrubs with natural stone paving in between. The house was constructed in the early 2000's and measures 300 m2 (3,300 squ. feet), built over 2 levels. On the ground level are 4 bedrooms - one ensuite double bedroom, additional double bedroom and twin bedroom, and a quad room with two bunk beds. All bedrooms are airconditioned and also have ceiling fans. The ground level also has a secondary kitchen and direct access to the garden and pool via a covered terrace. On the upper floor is the main kitchen and lounge area, a large ensuite master bedroom, and access to a large outdoor terrace with superb views of the surrounding landscape.

Guests have sole and private access to all areas of the property, except for one small room and a closet which are kept locked.
Neighborhood
Nearby are some beautiful beaches, notably Paliolinos which is 15-20 minutes walk away or Avithos and Spartia which are 10 minute drive. The house is located 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Argostoli port. The surrouding neighborhood of Klismata is very peaceful and picturesque.
