The villa encompasses two floors, featuring three double ensuite bedrooms capable of accommodating 2-6 people, along with three luxurious bathrooms. Each room is fully air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the warmest months. On the ground floor, guests will find a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom, as well as a spacious living/dining room equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player. The fitted kitchen, complete with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a filter & NESPRESSO coffee maker, offers easy access to the veranda. All ground floor rooms lead directly to the meticulously landscaped garden and inviting pool. Ascending the stairs, guests will discover two more double rooms on the upper floor, including a master bedroom and another double bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms. The expansive windows of the master bedroom provide stunning sea views, allowing guests to wake up to the beauty of the surroundings. The villa is exclusively intended for private use, accommodating 2-6 people comfortably.
